Store Closing – All Sales Final
Thank you for your purchase. As our store is in the process of closing, all remaining inventory is being sold on a final-sale basis.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our website.
Because our inventory is limited and will not be restocked, we are unable to accommodate returns for changes of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defective reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at andrew@neckblock.com so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
